When I started my ten sessions with Nicole, I knew very little about the Alexander Technique. I was having pain in my right hip and left shoulder during walks. Nicole was very patient and informative as she helped me shift and learn a new way of moving my body. I’m more aware of my body and the way I have habitually held myself. It takes time to change entrenched habits of movement. Nicole explained how the Alexander Technique helps shift these old patterns and showed me a new way of being in my body.
